Strawberry and Blueberry Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yields 3 cups
1 cup frozen strawberries chopped
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup low-fat or skimmed milk
2-3 tbsp low-fat yogurt
1-2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
*Tip- If you have fresh berries, wash and store in batches before hand in resealable bags in the freezer.
